"Good quality and happy with it"
I ordered from Deka Lash and overall, I’m happy with what I got. The product feels solid, and it looked very close to the photos on the website.
The finish was nice too, though I did notice a small mark on one part. It wasn’t a big deal for me, but I figured it was worth mentioning.
In general, I think it’s a good product and I’d order again. I’m giving it 4 stars because the quality is good, just not completely perfect.

"Easy return and quick refund"
I had to return an item and the whole process was simple. There wasn’t any hassle, and my refund came through faster than I expected. I’d say it’s a good option if you’re worried about returns.

"Delivery was just kind of okay overall"
The delivery wasn’t terrible or anything, but it definitely took longer than I was expecting. I kept thinking it would show up sooner, and I ended up checking the tracking a few times because it felt like it was moving slowly. Everything did arrive in the end, so that was fine, but the shipping experience itself was just okay and not especially impressive.

"Felt Like My Order Vanished Into the Void"
I tried reaching out to dekalash.com several times about my order, it felt like shouting into the darkness. I never got a real answer, just the kind of silence that makes you wonder if anyone is even there. Customer service was painfully slow and not helpful at all. After this whole experience, I definitely wouldn’t order from them again

"Sizing was way off and honestly stressful"
I wasn’t expecting this to be such a hassle, but the sizing was completely off. The fit was terrible, and it added way more stress than it should have. I just wanted it to work without having to deal with returns or guessing what size would actually fit
